How can we help?

Add products to your cart, open the cart and choose Checkout. Sign in with your mobile number, enter the delivery address, check each shop's parcel and place the order. We text you a code to confirm it.

Cash on delivery: you pay for each parcel when it arrives, to the courier or to the shop's own delivery team. Online payment by bKash, Nagad and card is coming soon.

A flat charge per shop: ৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳150 outside Dhaka, however many items that shop sends. Large items delivered by the shop have their own charge, shown on the product page.

Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Made-to-order and cut items, such as kitchens, cut tiles and tinted paint, can't be returned unless they're wrong or damaged. Every product page says which applies.

Registered businesses and individual makers. Every seller is checked by our team before it can sell: owner's NID, trade licence or address proof, and the pickup address.

Apply on the Sell on Hossain page: shop details, owner's NID, documents and a payout account. Our team reviews it, usually within 2 working days. Joining is free.
