Soil Test
Bore-hole testing so foundations are designed for real ground.
- Price
- From ৳25,000
- Timeline
- 1–2 days drilling, lab report in 7 days

Overview
Soil decides the foundation. Bore-hole tests tell our engineers how much load the ground can carry and how deep piles need to go, so you pay for the foundation you need rather than a guess.
Pricing. From ৳25,000 for two bore holes. Buildings above five storeys usually need three or more.
What you get
- Bore logs to 15–30 m depending on building height
- Standard Penetration Test (SPT) values at every 1.5 m
- Laboratory tests for soil classification and strength
- Engineer's recommendation for foundation type and depth
How it works
- 1
Plan the bore holes
Engineers mark positions based on the building footprint.
- 2
Drilling on site
A rig team drills and collects samples at fixed depths.
- 3
Laboratory tests
Samples are tested in a partner lab accredited for geotechnical work.
- 4
Report and advice
You receive the report with a clear foundation recommendation.
Soil Test: common questions
RAJUK and most city authorities require it for buildings of four storeys or more. We recommend it for any RCC building.
